What if I have a low credit score?
A low credit score does not automatically disqualify you. We look at the overall application, including income.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee, which covers the cost of credit, background, and reference checks. The fee amount is displayed during the application process.
How long does the application process take?
Generally, applications are processed within 2–3 business days, depending on how quickly we can verify your information and references.
When is rent due, and how can I pay it?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can pay rent online through your secure tenant portal, or by other methods explained in your lease agreement.
Can I apply for multiple properties?
You only need to submit one application. Let us know your top choices.
Is the application fee refundable?
No. The fee covers background and credit screening costs.
How long does approval take?
Typically 1–3 business days after all documents are submitted.
Do you allow pets?
Pet policies vary. Please check the listing details for each property.
